Prime Minister Trudeau announced that the Federal Government passed Bill C9. This means that a new commercial rent subsidy for businesses is being put in place and applications will open Monday, November 23, 2020. Bill C9 also extends the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy (CEWS) through to June 2021.
